63ºNO was founded by Pål Restad. His background spans real estate agency, development, and investment – experience built across more than a thousand transactions in Norway, where he worked as a licensed agent before moving into development and investing on his own account. That combination – having operated as an agent, a developer, and an investor – shapes how he reads a market and how he thinks about a deal.
He relocated to Marbella in 2025 after more than a year of structured research into the Costa del Sol market. That process was professional in nature: building direct relationships with the principal developers, agencies, and advisors operating in the area, and developing a grounded understanding of how this market actually works.
63ºNO was built on that foundation. The business exists to offer clients something Pål found largely absent when he arrived: independent, process-driven advisory that is not tied to any single transaction, any developer, or any agency. The relationships are there to serve the client. That is the only way they are used.
